This Bubble Bread recipe is a family favorite that everyone loves. My kids love to help make it and the serving dish is always empty after the end of a meal. Even better is that it really couldn’t be any easier to make!

The ingredients you need are:

1 loaf of frozen bread dough (I use the Rhodes brand), 1/4 cup melted butter, an egg, 1 tsp. parsley, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. salt.

Ingredients

About 4 hours before you’re ready to make the bread, set a loaf of the frozen bread dough in a greased baking dish to defrost and rise a bit. Cover with a dish towel or plastic wrap to keep the bread from drying out.

Once the frozen bread dough has defrosted, combine the melted butter, egg and seasoning in a small bowl.

Then, cut the bread dough into 1 inch chunks. Dip the chunks into the mixture and then place them in a baking dish. I’m using an 8×8 baking dish. Squeeze the bread chunks together in your baking dish. This recipe can be doubled, use a larger 8×10 baking dish for two loaves.

Pour the remaining mixture over the top of the bread. If I have time, I like to let the bread sit and rise for up to an hour before baking.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees!
